The Villa It spreads over a covered area of 650 m2 and is immersed in a garden of approximately 1600 m2.

It is equipped with an outdoor swimming pool (12 m x 6 m), a covered porch of 60 m2,

of uncovered porches for approximately 60 m2, and terraces and balconies for 90 m2.

The construction was made with the highest quality materials, and has all certificates
